The Slovenian Tourist Board has developed new cycling routes

The starting point is in the capital Ljubljana. Further, the path runs north to the Kamnik-Savinsky Alps, then through Slovenian Styria to the mountains near the Pannonian Plain. The route passes through several unique places, such as the Kozjansko Regional Park, known as the Slovenian Venice, and the medieval Otočec Castle, located in the middle of the Krka River.

The route is 680 km long, consisting of 16 separate stages of medium length 40 km each. Along the way, tourists will see more than 500 sights, thanks to which they will be able to “get to know the real Slovenia”.
