S7 Airlines opens a new route Arkhangelsk – Moscow

The airline is launching an active program of flights on the Arkhangelsk – Moscow route – five flights daily. Flights will be operated from Vaskovo Airport to Domodedovo, where S7 Airlines is based. The first flights will depart on May 1.

Flights will be carried out on comfortable Embraer 170 aircraft, the cabin can accommodate 78 passengers. Travel time is about 1.5 hours.

“Traditionally, in the summer schedule, S7 Airlines expands the geography of flights, offering passengers new travel destinations. On the eve of the holiday season, we are launching regular flights from Arkhangelsk – from Vaskovo Airport – to Moscow for the first time and will become the key carrier on this route this summer,” says Alexander Larin, General Representative of S7 Airlines in the region, “When planning, we pay attention to convenient connections to take into account the interests of travelers who fly through Moscow, for example, to the south. Therefore, now residents of Arkhangelsk can plan their holidays on the Black Sea coast.”

The flight schedule provides convenient connections in Moscow with S7 Airlines flights to 44 cities in Russia and abroad. Among them are the cities of the south of Russia – Sochi, Makhachkala, Mineralnye Vody, Central Russia – Kazan, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Siberia – Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, as well as the cities of the Far East – Blagoveshchensk, Ulan-Ude, Chita and others. Also, flights via Moscow to Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will be available for residents of the Arkhangelsk region.

Domodedovo International Airport is located in the southeast of Moscow. The city center can be reached in 45-50 minutes by Aeroexpress trains that run from the airport to Paveletsky railway station every 30 minutes.
