Head of the Federal Tourism Agency Zarina Doguzova addressed representatives of the tourism industry. In letters sent to tour operators and hoteliers, she called for the return of funds to tourists who could not go on a trip due to partial mobilization.
“In the current difficult conditions for all, I sent letters to the tourism business (tour operators, hoteliers) with a request to provide maximum assistance to tourists called for military service as part of the partial mobilization. I asked my colleagues to return money for such tours and hotel reservations as a matter of priority – if possible, without deducting the actual expenses incurred,” she wrote in her telegram channel.
“I understand the complexity of the situation for business as well , however, I ask you to look for solutions that take into account the interests of tourists called up for military service as much as possible,” Zarina Doguzova emphasized.
