The Moscow restaurant Semper, together with the French perfume house Vilhelm Parfumerie, is launching a collaboration at the intersection of gastronomy and perfumery. In April, in the green restaurant Semper in Moscow, aromatic stations appeared with the scent of Vilhelm Parfumerie — Basilico & Fellini with tones of spring vetiver and basil. Every day from 10:00 to 13:00 “perfume” will be served here. breakfasts inspired by the Vilhelm Parfumerie collection. Each dish is accompanied by a complementary sample from Vilhelm Parfumerie, which reveals the concept of the dish. Bright green salad with broccoli and mint-citrus dressing (490 rubles) is complemented by the Black Citrus composition with the freshness of bergamot and a veil of foggy patchouli. Turkey sous-vide with quinoa, papaya and fig jam (680 rubles) is served with bittersweet Purple Fig, inspired by Johann Friedrich Struensee, court doctor of the Danish monarch Christian VII, who chose to spend his last night on earth at a feast — enjoying champagne and your favorite figs. Green buckwheat with granola, berries and kiwi (620 rubles) and sample Morning Chess — the perfect morning combination filled with the memories of Jan Wilhelm Ahlgren, the creator of Vilhelm Parfumerie, about summer holidays in his grandfather's village and freshly cut field grass. The match between drinks and selective flavors turned out to be no less interesting — mango-kombucha lemonade (400 rubles) complements Mango Skin with notes of blackberry, ripe mango and black pepper. The Vilhelm Parfumerie x Sempre collaboration will be valid until April 30, 2022 at the restaurant on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, 22.
