More 160 Indian tour operators got acquainted with the opportunities Moscow as a promising destination for business travel. Representatives Capitalindustryhospitality April 21-25visited Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Kolkatae and met with potential partners. The trip resulted in the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding withAssociation of Indian MICE Agents. MICE is an area tourindustry related to training and corporate events.
As reported Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina, within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to launch a training program for representatives of the Indian tourism industry who will become Moscow's ambassadors in India, as well as the exchange of analytics to assess business tourist flows. Active cooperation will make it easier for Moscow companies to enter the Indian market.
The delegation included representatives of the Moscow Tourism Committee, tour operators and organizers of corporate events.

In 2022 alone, their spending on holidays in Moscow amounted to almost 170 billion rubles, thanks to which 23 billion rubles entered the budget system of the capital.
