Surely everyone has already seen high-rise high-rise buildings in Hong Kong, where, as you know, real estate prices are one of the highest in the world. Most people see nothing beautiful in these structures, but Australian photographer Peter Stewart decided to prove otherwise.
One day, while walking around Hong Kong, he looked up and saw how interesting the multi-storey buildings looked from below. That's how he got the idea to do the “Looking Up In Hong Kong” project. “Actually, all you need is to have a “sharp eye” and find a good place,” says the author of the photo.
Peter takes most of his photographs in the evening or at night, when the rhythm of the city slows down, and there are fewer people on the streets.

Peter says that he likes to travel around Asian countries, where he likes to visit non-pop places and sights.

Before going on another photo hunt, Peter Stewart scans photos of local people that they post on Flickr and Instagram to find inspiration for his new ideas and appreciate the architecture in advance.
