The launch of ferries between Trabzon (Turkey) and Sochi has been postponed until the end of May.

According to RIA Novosti with reference to the Turkish travel operator, the decision to postpone the launch of the ferry was made due to problems with insurance. It was previously planned to launch the message on May 11.
“We are working on finding solutions, despite the problem, we plan to launch ferries after the elections in Turkey”, representatives of the Turkish travel agency told RIA Novosti.< /p>
It is clarified that the presidential and parliamentary elections in Turkey are scheduled for May 14, the second round of the presidential elections will be held on May 28 if necessary.
Earlier it became known that on the Trabzon-Sochi route they intend to use one ferry. Travel time will be about eight hours. The ferry will depart from Trabzon on Monday and Thursday, and from Sochi on Tuesday and Friday.
