First good news: Aeroflot resumes flights to the most popular country among Russians

National carrier Aeroflot announced the resumption of flights to Turkey from May 6 . According to the company, flights to Antalya and Istanbul will resume, with the frequency of flights up to two times a day. Flights will be carried out on Airbus A330 liners from Sheremetyevo Airport Terminal C.

The presented schedule is as follows:

From Moscow to Antalya – twice a day

  • Flight SU2142/2143 departure to Antalya at 07:20 arrival at 12:55, departure from Antalya at 14:30, arrival at 20:00.
  • Flight SU2146/2147 departure to Antalya at 12:10 arrival at 17:35, departure from Antalya at 19:05, arrival at 00:35.

The air carrier will also fly to Istanbul twice a day

  • Flight SU2136/2137, departure 08:50/15:50, arrival 14:15/21:15
  • SU2134/2135, departure 19:30/02:25, arrival 01:05/07:45.

How the air carrier will resolve the issue of air sanctions is not specified. However, earlier it was announced that Aeroflot's board of directors plans to consider the issue of early redemption of eight Airbus A330 aircraft from financial leasing. It is quite possible that these liners will be delivered to Turkey.
