The Egyptian authorities have announced the launch of an online portal for visitors to the country, which will eliminate the need for tourists to fill out paper forms.
Tourists can register their COVID vaccination certificates on Visit Egypt's public website -19 two days before arriving in Egypt. It is expected that this will reduce the time for passing sanitary control at the airport of arrival. This was reported by TASS.
“The world has long been solving such issues digitally, and all that is required of the passenger is to fill out an electronic form, entering the necessary data there”, – Hussam Abdel Ghaffar, spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, said.
