Mauro was born in Busto Arsizio — city ​​in northern Italy, which is the gateway to the capital of fashion — Milan. As a child, Mauro spent a lot of time at his uncle's restaurant. Over the years, the restaurant world fascinated Mauro more and more, so he chose to train as a chef. Studied at the Institute of Hotel Business in Stresa — one of the most famous in Europe — and every summer, as an assistant chef and pastry chef, he practiced his skills in various restaurants.
